I appeared on The World Tonight last Friday (28th April), debating whether or not the government's apparent obsession with reform had interfered with its ability to do the everyday business of administering well. One might imagine so, if the incumbent administration had ever shown any ability to govern well. They tattle the twaddle, but do they waddle the waddle?
